When someone cuts you off in traffic, do you become irritable? Do you lose your cool when someone does something dumb?
Do you think you're getting furious all the time these days?
Being angry is normal; sometimes it vents everything inside. However, uncontrolled anger can harm both your personal relationships and health, especially if you’re a working individual.
The technique to control your anger is simple: “Try to please one person every day.”
Tomorrow, when someone creates a situation that makes you angry. Tell yourself, "This guy is the first person I'm going to please today.” Give that person your forgiveness right away and walk away without reacting to the situation.
Likewise, try to please one person every day. As the days pass, you will unconsciously try to please everyone who aggravates you.
Do not be doubtful; this approach was effective for me. Instead of allowing your anger to rule you, you can now manage it.
Think about using this method to control your rage and you'll thank me for saving your health later.
Until next time,
